2021年11月13日，三峡集团所属三峡国际与葡萄牙电力所属葡电新能源（EDP Renováveis）签署协议，收购西班牙Flores陆上风电项目100%股权，项目总装机容量18.1万千瓦。 西班牙Flores陆上风电项目共有12座风电场，分布在西班牙南部的安达卢西亚自治区和东北部的加泰罗尼亚自治区，项目平均投产发电时间为2009年，投运以来情况良好。绝大多数电站享有20年西班牙监管电价机制，项目收益受发电量和电价影响较小，现金流稳定，可预测性强。 三峡国际欧洲公司CEO Ignacio Herrero指出，此项交易体现了三峡集团深耕伊比利亚市场的承诺和对西班牙能源转型的支持。他表示，西班牙是欧洲最具潜力的可再生能源市场之一，拥有坚实稳定的监管政策。未来，三峡国际欧洲公司将继续探索投资机会，持续优化投资平台。三峡国际欧洲公司正在积极推进西班牙Flores项目交割工作，目前已提交西班牙外商投资审查文件。待收购完成，三峡集团在西班牙的总装机规模将增至116万千瓦，将进一步巩固其在西班牙可再生能源领域的行业地位。 来源：三峡集团
