Envision Technology Group Releases Two Latest Wind Turbine Units

On October 18, 2021, Envision demonstrated its end-to-end zero carbon solutions from renewable energy power generation, intelligent energy storage, intelligent IOT software, carbon management system, zero carbon industrial park, etc.

During CWP2021, Envision released its EN-200/7.0MW and EN-190/8.0MW parity units belong to Model Y offshore product platform towards the Chinese market, and released the “Rational Parity Map Of Offshore Wind Power In China”.

Based on Galileo super perception platform, Model Y platform is a basic platform that condenses the essence of the concept of platform and modularization and is launched for rational cost reduction of China’s offshore wind power. This two wind turbine units can flexibly configure solutions for complex application scenarios of various wind speeds and sea conditions at home and abroad, especially in China, create the optimal kWh cost for customers, and take the lead in helping to achieve parity of offshore wind power in 2022 and 2023.

The EN-200/7.0MW unit is designed and developed for low wind speed offshore shallow water areas such as Shandong and Guangxi provinces, as well as low wind speed shallow water areas such as Jiangsu province. Compared with the current unit, the comprehensive power generation capacity is increased by 15%, and the kWh cost is expected to be reduced by 20% – 30% according to the overall trend of the industry. The EN-190/8.0MW unit is built for the sea areas with medium wind speed and medium water depth in Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces. The comprehensive BOP is expected to be reduced by 40% year-on-year, and the kWh cost is expected to be reduced by 30% – 40% according to the overall trend of the industry  。
