Recently, the European Business and Engineering Center of Mingyang Smart Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Mingyang”) announced that it would jointly develop the Spanish floating wind power project with EnerOcean, a large European offshore wind power development operator. The two parties have signed a cooperation agreement on the 11M offshore floating project in the northern waters of Europe. The project is expected to be installed in 2023.
