On October 28, 2021, Clobotics announced that it would acquire Danish Blade Service APS (hereinafter referred to as DBS), a European independent wind turbine blade maintenance company headquartered in Denmark, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Clobotics Denmark APS (hereinafter referred to as “Clobotics”). This is the third acquisition of Clobotics in Europe since the acquisition of two European wind power operation and maintenance enterprises Atsite and Finetune in 2020.        

After the completion of the transaction, DBS will become a global maintenance business platform of expanded intelligence to provide services to global customers including China. Brian Bendixen and Lars Andersen, the relevant principals of DBS, will continue to be responsible for the business development and operation of DBS.
