Abstract: On August 7, 2020, Zhongneng Integrated Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Starts the assembly and test of V-type 12 MW floating offshore wind turbine.

On August 7, 2020, Zhongneng Integrated Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd. starts the assembly and test of V-type 12 MW floating offshore wind turbine.

On August 7, 2020, with the successful transportation of the bearing-one of the core components of V-type 12MW floating offshore wind turbine, to eastern China Shandong province Qingdao assembly base of Zhongneng Integrated Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd.(Zhongneng Integrated), V-type 12MW floating offshore wind turbine has officially entered the final assembly test stage.

It took nearly two years to develop, produce and manufacture for this turbine. The bearing has a diameter of 7.8 meters which is the largest in wind industry worldwide until now.

Meanwhile, v-type 6MW floating offshore wind turbine will be also installed and tested in Qingdao within 2020.
