On April 29, 2021, the foundation laying ceremony of Qiqihar wind turbine blade manufacturing factory was held in Fulaerji district. The project is an important achievement of the extended development of the wind power equipment industry chain in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, marking a new historical stage of the development of the whole industry chain of the wind power industry in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province.

Qiqihar wind turbine blade manufacturing factory is located in Fulaerji economic development zone. The project will be built by Urban Investment Group, and China First Heavy Industry, Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai FRP Research Institute Dongtai Co., Ltd. Will set up a joint venture to lease and invest in production equipment.

The project covers an area of 351,006㎡, with a total construction area of 60,175.68㎡. The design capacity of the project is 400 sets of wind turbine blades per year, and the total investment of the project is about 410 million RMB. After the project starts at the end of April 2021, it is expected that the equipment installation conditions will be available by the end of this October, and it is planned to put into operation by the end of this year.
