On December 3, 2021, Goldwind Technology product, GW165-4.0 165m large diameter ultra-high steel flexible tower prototype was successfully hoisted. Double165 continues to promote the technical update of Goldwind DoubleX, becoming the highest flexible tower in Asia, and leading the height of steel flexible tower in China’s wind power industry into a new era of 165m + height.

It is estimated that the 165 meter high tower configured for the project can increase the power generation for customers by about 225 hours per year compared with the 140 meter tower, and the income of the whole project will increase by 8%.
