On November 5, 2021, CRRC Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as “CRRC”) issued the announcement on signing contracts. CRRC signed several contracts between June and October 2021, with a total amount of about 27.81 billion RMB, including the order contract between its holding subsidiary and Xinjiang Goldwind Technology Co., Ltd.

According to the announcement, Xi’an CRRC Yongdian Jietong Electric Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of CRRC, and Xi’an CRRC Yongdian Jieli Wind Energy Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of CRRC, respectively signed wind turbine sales contracts with Xinjiang Goldwind Technology Co., Ltd. totaling about 1.49 billion RMB.
