On March 10, 2020, BloombergNEF officially released the ranking of global wind turbine manufacturers in 2020. The ranking in 2020 has changed greatly compared with that in 2019. Vestas and Siemens Gamesa, which have been ranked first and second in the world for many years, have fallen behind GE and Goldwind.

Among the top 10 wind turbine manufacturers worldwide, China’s wind turbine manufacturers occupy 7 seats!

The top 3 total newly installed capacity are GE, Goldwind and Vestas, with installed capacity of more than 12GW for each.
From the fourth to the tenth are Envision, Siemens Gamesa, Mingyang, Shanghai Electric, Windey , CRRC and Sany.

The top 3 onshore manufactures are GE, Goldwind and Vestas. The installed capacity of the top 3 is more than 12GW.
From the fourth to the tenth place, they are Envision, Siemens Gamesa, Mingyang, Windey, CRRC , Sany and Shanghai Electric.

The top 3 offshore manufactures are Siemens Gamesa, Shanghai Electric and Mingyang. Among them, the installed capacity of Shanghai Electric and Siemens Gamesa offshore wind power is more than 1GW.
From the fourth to the tenth place, they are Envision, Goldwind, CSSC, Vestas, Senvion, Dongfang Electric and Doosan group.
