Shanghai FRP Research Institute of glass is a 100% holding company of CEFC Shanghai International Group Limited, with two wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely, Shanghai FRP Research Institute Dongtai Co., Ltd. (engaged in wind turbine blade business) and Shanghai Shangbo Testing Co., Ltd. If Sinoma blade successfully merges Shanghai Glass Institute, it will become the leading wind turbine blade in China.
