Abstract: Liaoning province plans to built 27 key wind power projects and 1.5 million kilowatts photovoltaic project.

Liaoning Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the notice on printing and distributing the construction scheme of wind power project in Liaoning Province and the construction scheme of photovoltaic power generation project in Liaoning Province.

According to the analysis of consumption capacity, excluding the scale of projects under construction, 3.3 million kilowatts of wind power can be put into operation before 2025, all of which will be used to support the construction of onshore non subsidized wind power projects, which will be implemented to the wind farm owners at one time, and the construction will be fully started in 2020.

The total scale of photovoltaic project is controlled within 1.5 million kilowatts. The qualified projects will strive to start construction in the first half of 2020, and the projects should be completed before the end of 2022.
