Harbin Electric Wind Energy was reorganized and established by Harbin Electric Corporation and Hunan Xingxiang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. with 50% equity respectively. Before the capital increase, the registered capital was 3.567 billion RMB, and the wind power business segment was headquartered in Changsha.
