Goldwind published its half year annual report of 2020 on August 27 2020. Goldwind realized the operating income of 19.4253092billion RMB, up 23.47% year-on-year; the net profit attributable to the parent company was 1.274.8284 billion RMB, up 7.63% year-on-year.
- Production, R & D and Sales of wind turbine
During the reporting period, the sales revenue of wind turbines and parts of Goldwind was 14.5656372 billion RMB, up 25.14% year-on-year; from January to June 2020, the sales capacity of wind turbine units was 4099.97MW, with a year-on-year increase of 28.50%.

As of June 30, 2020, the total amount of external orders to be executed by Goldwind is 16350.24MW, which are
- 233.7MW for 1.5MW wind turbine;
- 9485.3MW for 2S platform product;
- 4594.14MW for 3S / 4S platform product;
- 2037.1MW for 6S / 8s platform product;
In addition, there is 1071.7MW external order for the company with the tender confirmed but not sign the contract yet, including
- 467.5MW for 2S platform product;
- 400.5MW for 3S / 4S platform product;
- 203.7MW for 6S / 8s platform product;
In total, Goldwind has 17,421.94MW external order in hand, including 1591MW of international orders in hand. In addition, the company’s internal order is 536.6MW.
- Wind Power Services
As of the end of the report period, the domestic and foreign after-sale service business project capacity of Goldwind is 10135MW, and 22414 turbines have been connected to Goldwind global monitoring center to provide real-time turbine operation conditions for global customers. During the reporting period, Goldwind realized wind power service revenue of 2227.5953 million RMB, an increase of 54.76% over the same period of last year.
- Wind farm Investment and Development
As of the end of the reporting period, the newly increased equity grid connected installed capacity of Goldwind was 243.2MW, the transferred equity grid connected capacity was 276.5MW, the global cumulative equity grid connected installed capacity was 4653MW, and the global equity capacity of wind farms under construction was 2698MW.
In the first half of 2020, the average generating hours of domestic turbines were 1173 hours, 50 hours higher than the national average. At present, Goldwind’s domestic management of wind farm assets of 5.7554 million kW, a year-on-year increase of 21.4%.
